Sorry you have had issues with your IVibe. I have been looking for you and haven’t found an answer. Most people will tell you just buy a new one but I want to see if I can find if there are replacement parts somewhere. I will send Doc Johnson an email as well. I know others have gotten replacements for defective parts but it all depends on how long you have had your toy. But let me do some more digging and I will get back to you.
